DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP WITH YOU?

No, you don’t need an account to shop with us. However, creating an account allows you to place future orders more conveniently without having to enter your details every time. You can create an account before shopping or register during the checkout process.

HOW DO I SIGN UP/CREATE AN ACCOUNT AT FARAH FAISAL DESIGNS?

Please click on ‘Sign In’ followed by ‘Create an Account’ and fill in your personal details. If you experience any difficulty, kindly contact our customer service team and we will be pleased to assist you.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD; HOW CAN I RETRIEVE IT?

Please click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the ‘Sign In’ page. Enter your registered email address and click on ‘Submit’. Instructions to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address. You can then create a new password.

HOW CAN I EDIT/UPDATE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

Please sign in to your account and click on ‘My Account’. You will be able to edit or update your personal details from there.

HOW CAN I EDIT/UPDATE MY SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS DETAILS?

Please sign in and go to ‘My Account’ to update your shipping and billing details. You can save your updated information for future orders.

If you wish to change the delivery address for an order that has already been placed, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will make the requested changes if your order has not yet been processed.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order with Farah Faisal Designs, you will need to:

  • Shop for the items you wish to purchase
  • Select your preferred size and/or options
  • Add the item(s) to your Shopping Bag
  • Proceed to Checkout
  • Enter your billing and shipping information
  • Select your preferred payment method
  • Review your order details
  • Submit your order
  • Wait for order confirmation from our team

HOW WILL I KNOW IF FARAH FAISAL DESIGNS HAS RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS confirming that your order has been received.

For local customers within Pakistan, our representative may contact you to confirm your order and delivery details. If we are unable to reach you or receive confirmation within 3–4 days, the order may be cancelled.

Please note that orders will only be processed and shipped once the payment has been successfully received and verified, where applicable.

Alternatively, you may check your order status through ‘My Account’.
